 DPO Irfan Ali Samo, while addressing a meeting of circle police officers and SHOs across the district along with SP Investigation Nasrullah Warraich, said that strict action should be taken against robbers and drug dealers while maintaining law and order so that these evils of society do not play with the lives and property of the people. He ordered to ensure the welfare of the poor, deserving and weaker sections of the society. He said that robbers and drug dealers should leave the crime or district or else they should be sent to jail. He immediately summoned the SHO of Kotsamba police station for continuous poor performance. Similarly, three SHOs of different police stations were sentenced to two to three years of service for unsatisfactory performance. He has given fifteen days to the circle police officers and SHOs to further improve their performance and asked them to review it again in the meeting after fifteen days. Irfan Ali Samo said that the If the performance cannot be improved, the workers will be replaced and given a chance in the team. He ordered the early recovery of the kidnapped women and directed to ensure the implementation of the zero tolerance policy on crimes against women and children. He ordered to be ready to eradicate all types of crimes. He directed to dispose of murder and rape cases in a timely manner, control the incidents of burglary, and crack down on drug dealers in the areas of City C Division, City Khanpur, Saddar Khanpur and Ruknpur. He ordered to adopt a strategy of red management at the circle level and ordered to ensure the arrest of proclaimed offenders. On this occasion, SP Investigation Nasrullah Warraich said that circle police officers should visit police stations and review the investigation stages of the cases, circle police officers and SHOs must reach the scene of the murder, arrest the wanted proclaimed offenders and proclaimed offenders in the cases, and handle the cases on time and on merit. انہوں نے کہا کہ ڈاکو اور منیشات فروش جرم یا ضلع چھوڑ دیں نہیں تو انہیں جیلوں میں دھکیلا جائے، انہوں مسلسل ناقص کارکردگی پر ایس ایچ او تھانہ کوٹسمابہ کو فوری طور پر لائن حاضر کر دیا، اسی طرح مختلف تھانہ جات کے تین ایس ایچ اوز کو غیر تسلی بخش کارکردگی پر دو سے تین سال سروس ضبطگی کی سزا دے دی، انہوں نے سرکل پولیس افسران وایس ایچ اوز کو کارکردگی کو مزید بہتر بنانے کے لیے پندرہ دن کی مہلت دی ہے پندرہ دن بعد دوبارہ میٹنگ میں جائزہ لینے کا کہا، عرفان علی سموں نے کہا کہ جو کارکردگی کو آگے نہ بڑھا سکا تو تبدیل کر دیا جائے گا کام کرنے والوں کو ٹیم میں موقع دیں گے، انہوں نے مغوی خواتین کی جلد بازیابی کا حکم دیتے ہوئے خواتین اور بچوں کے خلاف جرائم پر زیرو ٹالرنس پالیسی پر عمل درآمد یقینی رکھنے کی ہدایت کی، انہوں نے ہمہ قسم کے جرائم کے قلع قمع کے لیے کمر بستہ رہنے کا حکم دیا، قتل اور ریپ کے مقدمات کو بروقت نمٹانے نقب زنی کی وارداتوں پر قابو پانے، سٹی سی ڈویژن ،سٹی خان پور، صدر خان پور اور رکن پور کے علاقوں میں منشیات فروشوں کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن کی ہدایت کی گئی، انہوں نے سرکل کی سطح پر ریڈ منیج کرنے کی حکمت عملی اپنانے کا حکم دیا اور اشتہاری مجرمان کی گرفتاری یقینی بنانے کا حکم دیا،
اس موقع پر ایس پی انویسٹی گیشن نصراللہ وڑائچ نے کہا کہ سرکل پولیس افسران تھانوں کا وزٹ کر کے حوالات میں بند ملزمان، مقدمات کے تفتیشی مراحل کا جائزہ لیں، قتل کے وقوعہ پر سرکل پولیس افسر اور ایس ایچ او لازمی پہنچیں، مقدمات میں مطلوب اشتہاری ملزمان، اشتہاری مجرمان کو پکڑیں مقدمات کو بروقت اور میرٹ پر یکسو کیا جائے، امثلاجات کا جائزہ لیتے ہوئے نامکمل چالان مکمل کریں میرٹ اور انصاف کو عام کرنے کے لیے تمام تر وسائل اور صلاحیتیں بروئے کار لائی جائیں۔
