Under the vision of Mrs. Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) was established.
This is a very good initiative.
But in this regard, the role of the District Administration and DC in the establishment of the offices of this authority is very regrettable.
The hostel of the Government College of Technology Rahim Yar Khan was targeted in the establishment of the offices and at present the entire District Administration is behind the cheap accommodation of the poor and needy students and is forcefully occupying it.
Where students from far away live for the purpose of education.
The students and teachers of the college strongly appeal to the authorities not to target the college building and give the children the right to education.

لیکن اس سلسلے اس اتھارٹی کے دفاتر کے قیام کے سلسلے میں ڈسٹرکٹ ایڈمسٹریشن اور ڈی سی صاحب کا کردار انتہائی افسوس ناک ہے ۔
دفاتر کے قیام کے سلسلے میں گورنمنٹ کالج آف ٹیکنالوجی رحیم یار خان کے ہوسٹل کو نشانہ بنایا گیا اور اس وقت پوری ڈسٹرکٹ ایڈمسٹریشن غریب اور نادار اسٹوڈنٹ کے سستی قیام گاہ کے پیچھے پڑی ہوئی ہے اور بزور قوت قبضہ کر رہے ہیں ۔
جہاں دور دراز سے طلباء تعلیم کے غرض سے رہتے ہیں ۔
کالج کے طلباء اور اساتذہ اربابِ اختیار سے پرزور اپیل کرتے ہیں کالج کی بلڈنگ کو نشانہ نا بنایا جائے اور بچوں کو حصول تعلیم کا حق دیا جائے ۔
