Land of deaf and dumb people seized worth crores Collusion of influential landlords, patwaris and tehsildars exposed in Zahir Pir

A sad incident has come to light in the Zahir Pir area where an influential landlord allegedly illegally seized land worth crores of rupees belonging to deaf and dumb people. Surprisingly, the collusion of the local patwaris, gardawars and tehsildars has also been revealed in this seizure, who allegedly altered the official records and transferred the land to the land grabbing mafia.
The affected family said that they cannot reach out to the authorities due to their disability, which was taken advantage of by powerful elements who grabbed their valuable agricultural land. They say that they are the real owners of the land, and they have complete documents, but the influential landlords and revenue staff are not ready to listen to them. The victims said that they have visited the Tehsil Office, Patwari Halq, and District Administration many times for justice, but they have been ignored every time.
The affected family lamented that they have been forced to beg for their daily needs. Land was their only support, and now even that has been taken away. When they try to return to their land, they are threatened, and beaten up with the support of influential people in the village.
Appeal for Justice:
The victims have appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan, the Chief Minister of Punjab, the Chief Secretary, and the Regional Anti-Corruption Department to:
Take immediate notice of the incident,
Recover the land,
And take strict legal action against the responsible government officials and influential landlords.

ظاہر پیر کے علاقے میں ایک افسوسناک واقعہ سامنے آیا ہے جہاں گونگے بہرے معذور افراد کی کروڑوں روپے مالیت کی زمین پر مبینہ طور پر بااثر زمیندار نے ناجائز قبضہ جما لیا۔ حیران کن طور پر اس قبضے میں مقامی پٹواری، گردآور اور تحصیلدار کی ملی بھگت کا انکشاف بھی سامنے آیا ہے، جنہوں نے مبینہ طور پر سرکاری ریکارڈ میں رد و بدل کر کے زمین قبضہ مافیا کے نام منتقل کر دی۔
متاثرہ خاندان نے بتایا کہ وہ معذوری کی وجہ سے اپنی بات حکام تک نہیں پہنچا سکتے، جس کا فائدہ اٹھاتے ہوئے طاقتور عناصر نے ان کی قیمتی زرعی زمین ہتھیا لی۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ زمین کے اصل مالکان وہ خود ہیں، اور ان کے پاس مکمل کاغذات موجود ہیں، مگر بااثر زمیندار اور ریونیو عملہ ان کی بات سننے کو تیار نہیں۔ متاثرین نے کہا کہ وہ کئی بار انصاف کے لیے تحصیل آفس، پٹواری حلقہ، اور ضلعی انتظامیہ کے چکر کاٹ چکے ہیں، لیکن ہر بار انہیں نظرانداز کر دیا گیا۔
متاثرہ خاندان نے فریاد کی کہ وہ اپنی روزمرہ کی ضروریات کے لیے بھیک مانگنے پر مجبور ہو گئے ہیں۔ زمین ہی ان کا واحد سہارا تھی، اور اب وہ بھی چھین لی گئی ہے۔ جب وہ اپنی زمین پر واپس جانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو دھمکیاں دی جاتی ہیں، اور گاؤں کے بااثر افراد کی پشت پناہی سے انہیں زدوکوب کیا جاتا ہے۔
انصاف کی اپیل:
متاثرین نے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان، وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب، چیف سیکریٹری، اور ریجنل اینٹی کرپشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ سے اپیل کی ہے کہ:
واقعے کا فوری نوٹس لیا جائے،
زمین واگزار کروائی جائے،
اور ذمہ دار سرکاری اہلکاروں اور بااثر زمیندار کے خلاف سخت قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے۔
