A few days ago, on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 6:40 pm, as soon as I got off the university bus at the Chullonwale bridge and walked towards my house, a motorcycle rider came at the end of the street in front of IBA. He slowed down the motorcycle from the back and started forcing me to make obscene gestures and flirting with me, along with obscene words. After a while, seeing women coming from the front, the unknown person turned into the street of Thane City C Division, after which I not only feel unsafe near the police station and in the posh areas of the city, but also feel afraid to go to the university, lest such acts happen again. With your help, I have recorded a video from a CCTV camera. While being a girl, I faced severe difficulty in getting the recordings of the cameras. I request my head CCD Sohail Zafar Chatha and DPO Rahim Yar Khan Irfan Samo to take care of the honor and dignity of women in a peaceful city like Rahim Yar Khan and punish such criminals severely so that those who harass women in our Rahim Yar Khan district not only learn a lesson but also the girls who leave their homes to pursue higher education in Rahim Yar Khan can feel safe...!

*میں یونیورسٹی کی طلبہ ہوں میں چند روز قبل 30 اکتوبر 2025 بروز جمعرات کی شام 6:40 منٹ پر جیسے ہی یونیورسٹی بس سے چھلوں والے پُل پر اُتر کے پیدل اپنے گھر کی طرف آئی IBA کے سامنے والی گلی کے آخر میں ایک موٹر سائیکل سوار آیا پیچھے کی سائیڈ سے موٹر سائیکل آہستہ کردی اور مجھ سے زبردستی نازیبا حرکات اور چھیڑ چھاڑ کیساتھ نازیبا جملے بھی کسنے لگا تھوڑی دیر بعد سامنے سے خواتین کو آتا دیکھ کر نامعلوم شخص تھانے سٹی سی ڈویژن والی گلی میں موڑ گیا جس کے بعد سے میں تھانے کے قریب اور شہر کے پوش ایریے میں بھی ناصرف خود کو غیر محفوظ سمجھتی ہوں بلکہ یونیورسٹی جانے میں بھی خوف محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ کہیں پھر سے کوئی ایسی حرکات نہ ہوجائیں میں نے اپنی مدد آپکے تحت ایک سی سی ٹی وی کیمرے کی ویڈیو حاصل کی جبکہ لڑکی ہونے کے باعث مجھے کیمروں کی ریکارڈنگ حاصل کرنے میں شدید پریشانی کا سامنا رہا میری سربراہ سی سی ڈی سہیل ظفر چٹھہ اور DPO رحیم یار خان عرفان سموں سے گزارش ہے کہ رحیم یار خان جیسے پُر امن شہر میں خواتین کی عزت اور آبرو کا خیال رکھا جائے اور اِس طرح کے جرائم پیشہ افراد کو سخت سے سخت سزا دی جائے تاکہ ہمارے ضلع رحیمیارخان میں خواتین کو ہراساں کرنے والوں کو ناصرف عبرت حاصل ہو بلکہ رحیمیارخان میں اعلیٰ تعلیم کے حصول کیلیے گھروں سے نکلنی والی بچیاں بھی خود کو محفوظ سمجھ سکیں۔۔۔!*
